Fully experienced in staff training and operation management, stock control, guest relations, etc.;
To make good planning on costing, sales, menu, inventory, marketing, promotion, etc.;
Good leadership incoordinating staff and kitchen side, to ensure smooth operation of the whole restaurant;
Proficiency in English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
Knowledge in Wine;
Energetic, creative, sociable and aggressive.
