The incumbent will work closely with Agency to assess current risks; identify control measures that detect and prevent compliance risks and evaluate the need for Agency Best Practice training. He/ she will also drive and involve in the formulation of company rules, regulations and standards for governing proper sales procedures and will prepare and update the Code of Agency Professional Standard.
Specifications :
University / College graduate plus 8 years relevant experience, including at least 2 to 3 years compliance/ audit experience, preferably in insurance / financial services industry.
Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Able to develop work standards, procedures and manuals
Proactive and with management sense and a good team player
