Our client is a global life insurer. They are looking to recruit IT Manager to manage projects on Workflow & Imaging in HK.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Managing projects to ensure meeting budget, quality and timely delivery
- Work closely with relevant users and vendors, and lead the team to understand the business requirements, analysis and design the systems, and track the progress as well as quality control on system deliverable
- Manage system development, maintenance and implementation
- Responsible for team building and staff administration of the team
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Min. 10 years IT experience of which at least 3 years solid project implementation and supervisory experience
- MUST have experience in Insurance sector
- MUST have experience in managing Workflow & Imaging projects
- Strong knowledge in project management, IT best practices, and system design, development and testing methodologies
- Experience in Coaching, Team building and Supervising
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
