Due to expansion, they are looking for a Head of International Financial Advisors to fulfill the task :
To build up and implement the strategies for the successful development of the IFA channel;
To lead the build of an intermediary network that will provide company leading position in this channel
To manage available resources, both human and financial, to deliver the agreed profit targets;
Head of Int'l Financial Advisors Responsibilities:
The IFA channel is a key initiative as it enables our business to have a better spread of new business income and reduce our reliance on bancassurance;
The IFA channel affords compaany the best opportunities of securing a leading position in the market;
The IFA channel enables company to reach a key customer segment, i.e. the HNW and professional classes;
Development of the IFA channel is consistent with company's global and regional business model;
Requirements :
Strong knowledge of IFA channels;
Knowledge of life, investment and protection products, their distribution and promotion;
Good knowledge of regulatory framework;
Good knowledge of related financial services markets;
Understanding customer needs and how these relate to our proposition offering;
Ability to understand competitors' products' features and communicate at an advanced technical level with Channel Manager;
