EB Business Development Manager - Hong Kong

EB Business Development Manager Responsibilities--Business development for group and individual medical business-- Explore business potentials with local and international intermediaries-- Underwrite new and renewal business to achieve a profitable portfolio

-- Negotiate with client/agent/broker on quotation terms and commission and to apply adequate pricing to target for profitability

-- Conduct market research, business analysis and product comparison; revamp existing medical products to be competitive and in line with the market trend

-- Negotiate with service providers such as panel doctors, etc. on price, terms and value added services

-- Provide after-sales services such as claims analysis and control reports; give presentation and staff briefing to client on benefits and medical services

-- Assist Vice President to prepare management reports and other internal reports

Qualification-- University graduate

-- 5 to 8 years experience in group medical and life insurance

-- Completion of FLMI
