Customer Service Officer The incumbent will responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints and other customer service requests either over the phone or in writing. He/She may also be required to handle outbound sales / contact point marketing activities over the phone.

Requirement:

F.5 graduate with good command of Cantonese / Mandarin and spoken English

Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service field

Experience in telesales and/or financial industry and have passed Paper I&II of IIQE will be an asset

Self-motivated, customer oriented, with positive attitude and pleasant personality

Good communication skills, telephone manner, and patience
