We have a network of regional offices and key expatriate locations +- US, UK & Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East to serve both policyholders and brokers over the world.
To cope with our expanding business, we are currently looking for high caliber candidates for the following vacancy in Hong Kong office.
Customer Service Officer Job Duties:
- Provide customer services to clients (mainly expatriates living in Asia) and insurance brokers
- Process new applications, renewals and adjustment and handle any queries
- Follow up premium collection and verify premium payment amount
- Handle sales calls in the absence of the trained sales staff, obtain sufficient information for a call back to be made
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English
- 1 - 2years experience in customer service (preferably in medical insurance field)
- Knowledge of medical insurance products and terms are preferred
- Service driven, organized, independent, hard-working
- Good interpersonal skills and team players
- Able to work under tight timelines and high pressure
