Customer Service Manager - Insurance Our client, an international insurance firm, is now recruiting experienced customer service professional.
Youwill be responsible for supervising a team to provide customer services at cashier counter / customer service center. The candidate will also be required to review and enhance customer service experience to both internal and external customers and handle ad hoc projects when necessary.
