Customer Service Executive (Ma On Shan) - Provide Front Desk customer services;- Handle client's inquiries and complaints, log down and report all incoming requests and comments provided;- Provide personalized services to residents;- Energetic and pleasant appearance;- Good communication skills and customer orientated;- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage;- Self-motivated, diligent, able to work independently and perform under pressure;- Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- 1 year relevant experience in Property Management/ Hospitality/ Hotel Services will be an advantage;- Required to perform shift duty including Sundays and Public Holidays.We will offer attractive compensation package to the right candidate.
