Responsibilities:
Formulating sales & marketing strategies
Develop new initiative for business plan
Contact various channels to explore new products
Enlarging the client base & networking
Building new sales teams & coaching sales team members
Lead and train sales teams to achieve sales target
Monitoring the sales activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Tertiary education or above
At least 5 years working experience in Insurance, Financial Service, IFA industries with minimum 2 years managerial experience
Holder of IIQE and SFC license qualification
Knowledge in global financial products & Securities operation is an advantage
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua preferred
Enjoy meeting challenges and aims for higher personal growth
Good networking and market sense
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Resulted Oriented and able to work under pressure
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Director
