Assistant Manager - Guest Services Description

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. TheAssistant Manager - Guest ServicesCentre is responsible to manage the day-to-day operation of ourGuest ServicesCenter, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor in a Telephone Department. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
