Provide general support on PC hardware, software, LAN and network problems
Trouble-shooting on hardware / software / network and hands-on problem diagnosis for end users (both back office and front-end users)
Perform daily backup and health check on servers
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year technical support experience.
Knowledge of server protocol like DNS, DHCP, FTP, TCP/IP, etc
Knowledge of hardware and software for Microsoft Server O.S., Microsoft desktop O.S., Microsoft Office together with its integration to LAN / WAN environment
Experience in troubleshooting PC and server problems
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work as a team
Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
