Responsibilities
Small office network maintenance
LAN/WAN networks and workstations trouble-shooting
On-site equipment set-ups for court and arbitration hearings
Client training for realtime software
Work in Central
Requirements
Cantonese speaker with good spoken English
Basic computer networking knowledge
Knowledge on audio recording equipment an advantage
Willingness to learn new skills and roles
Appropriate IT support experience
Ability to speak Mandarin an advantage
Willingness to travel, when required
Customer service oriented
Certificate, Diploma or Associate Degree
Salary: $8,000-$10,000
