Duties:
Responsible for LAN/WAN, Email and VPN configuration, setup and administration in Windows & Linux, Router configuration, troubleshootingProvide hardware and software support to usersProvide internal systems' support and maintain the computer and network systemPerform daily operations including data backups and system monitoringFront-end trouble shooting and coordinate with users for various system issues
