Engineering Manager Requirements:

Min. 10 years experience in product design & development (Hardware or Software) of audio electronic products, preferably in car audio electronics field.

Higher Diploma or above in Electronic / Software Engineering or related discipline

For Software Engineer post, experience in programming MCU & Servo for car audio is an advantage.

Experience in handling OEM /ODM projects with overseas customers

Fluent in written & spoken English and Mandarin

Responsible, mature, hardworking, aggressive, able to work under pressure

Good presentation & interpersonal skill

Station in Shenzhen factory is necessary
