Assistant Accounting Manager, HK$480,000 per annum + attractive bonus Our client is a world leading logistics operator with interests in over 40 countries. An opportunity now exists for a success-driven finance professional to join the team in the role of Assistant Accounting Manager.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be leading a team to ensure the integrity of the financial accounting activity. You will also ensure group compliance on all levels. You will work closely with your team to provide senior management with detailed analysis to aid decision making for future development of the company. Based on the detailed analysis undertaken you will also be responsible for making sound recommendations to management for future group investment. You will also be responsible for training your team on job knowledge and develop individual staff talents.
You will be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years experience with at least 3 years in CPA firms and additional in large multinationals. Industry experience is not necessary but solid technical skills are imperative. As such you will have excellent analytical skills and a solid foundation in accounting practices. Since this is a fast paces, dead line driven company, the right candidate will have an up-beat personality and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get busy. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
