To cope with our business growth, we are now looking for candidates with good potential to apply for the following position in theCompliance Department:

COMPLIANCE MANAGER (REF: CM/CMP/210808DB) Responsibilities

Assists the department head in providing compliance advisory services to the Group
Assists the Head of Compliance in reviewing and establishing compliance policies and guidelines
Advises management and relevant business units on all compliance-related issues arising from business operations
Liaises with business, operations and risk management units, auditors and regulatory authorities on compliance issues
Promotes general compliance awareness and culture of the Group including development of compliance training program and conduct compliance training
Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Law or any related disciplines; and/or professional qualification in accounting or law
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in compliance, audit or related field, preferably in banking / financial services sector or regulatory authorities
Experience in development of compliance policies and guidelines and provision of compliance advice
Sound knowledge of Securities and Futures Commission rules and regulations
Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good communication, analytical and leadership skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Compliance Manager
