Being a team member in our Premier Leisure Travel Department, the incumbent will be required to offer solutions to our customers’ on their leisure travel needs. He/she will handle daily enquiries and travel arrangements; provide travel consultancy service.
Requirements:
-- Form 6 or above
-- Minimum 6 years relevant experience with last 3 years handling FIT/Leisure Travel
-- Proficiency in Reservation System, Internet booking tools and MS Office
-- Strong Product & Fare knowledge, familiar with Hotel Product an advantage
-- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
-- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Officer, Visitor Services Post Date: 31 Mar 09Responsibilities:
To provide visitor services at Visitor Centre located at Airport and may assign to work at other locations
To handle enquiries and complaints, disseminate latest tourist information as well as proactively promote events and recommend tourist-related products and services to visitors
To manage and maintain information desks and participate in Hong Kong Tourism Board events and visitor service enhancement programmes
To assist in information sourcing, updating and clerical works
Requirements:
University graduate on tourism or tourism-related studies, with 2 years working experiences
Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) and preferably plus one other language (such as Japanese, French or German, etc.)
Mature, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Keen on meeting people, pleasant, friendly, helpful and independent
Good product knowledge of Hong Kong, preferably with knowledge on airport facilities
Willing to work on roster basis including weekends, public holidays and overtime
The successful candidate will be engaged on 2-year contract terms.
