Help prepare corporate documents/materials including press release, speeches, Annual Report and various types of documents for external distribution locally and/or worldwide

Maintain quality control and provide editorial support (from English to Chinese or vice versa)

Help co-ordinate with freelance translators or writers on editorial projects

Requirements:
Degree holder in Translation/Chinese Language/English Language with minimum 4 years¡¦ relevant experience in editorial/translation (English and Chinese)

Attention to details, speedy and accurate English typing and Chinese word processing

Good communication skills in written & spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua skills will be an advantage

Part-time Event / Travel Administratior Post Date: 20 Jan 09The position is responsible to the Assistant Principal with the following responsibilities:

-- Plan, co-ordinate, and administer all school overseas trips, local field trips and visits;

-- Source and liaise with program operators or charitable organizations in program design;

-- Ensure all trips comply with the ESF trip procedures and safety guidelines;

-- Support trip leaders in travel and booking arrangements and compile post-trip evaluations;
